• Send you confirmation emails as required by law
• Respond to your support requests

3. Who We Share Data With

We only share your contact details with the specific licensed dealership selling the car you enquired about, so they can contact you directly. Dealerships are also POPIA compliant.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

5. Your Rights Under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Request what personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator
